The Whole Asparagus from La Catedral de Navarra 9/12 Pieces is a true treasure from Navarrese fields, carefully cultivated in the finest plots under the Protected Geographical Indication Asparagus of Navarra. Their uniform size, with 9 to 12 spears per jar, ensures a tender and juicy texture. Harvested between April and June, they are blanched before hand-peeling to preserve their natural properties and aromas. Their delicate flavor, with the characteristic slight bitterness, and absence of fibers make them perfect for salads, appetizers, or as a side to fish dishes.
