Conservas Angelachu was born from the legacy of Josefa Ángela García Garay, known as “Angelachu”, a pioneer of Santoña’s canning tradition since the 1950s. Since 1999, the family has been producing anchovies and other artisanal preserves, faithfully respecting traditional methods and the authentic flavors of Cantabria.

Artisanal anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, crafted in Santoña using traditional methods. After maturation, they are hand-cleaned, filleted, and packed in olive oil.
