Artichoke Hearts from La Catedral de Navarra come from the renowned Blanca de Navarra variety, cultivated in the Tudela region. These round, short-leaved artichokes are harvested at their peak between April and May. To preserve their authentic flavor, they are processed without added acidulants, maintaining their natural characteristics. Their tender texture and delicate taste make them a versatile ingredient, ideal for salads, tapas, or as a side to main dishes.
