With over 40 years of experience in producing Iberian products, the company is renowned for the superior quality of its products, including jamón, paleta, lomo, salchichón, and chorizo. The pigs are raised freely on more than 9,000 hectares of dehesa, feeding on acorns and wild herbs during the montanera, from October to March. Each product undergoes a maturation process ranging from 36 to 48 months, imparting a unique and refined flavor to the cured meats. The 100% Ibérico Bellota Loin from Extrem Extremadura comes from free-range pigs raised in the dehesa.
