The brand's uniqueness lies in the process: the freshest fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea are first meticulously grilled over embers using selected woods (birch, beech, oak), and only then canned. This artisanal method imparts an unmistakable and delicate smoked aroma to products like sardines, tuna belly, and octopus. The Grilled Black Tuna Loin from Güeyu Mar comes from carefully selected wild bluefin tuna, known for its dark, firm, and juicy flesh.
