La Catedral De Navarra
Navarra - ES

La Catedral De Navarra has been the benchmark for gourmet vegetable preserves in Spain for over 70 years, an art handed down in the fertile Mendavia region of Navarra. The company specializes in horticultural excellence, meticulously hand-selecting and processing vegetables freshly harvested from their estates on the banks of the Ebro River. From the famous Navarra Asparagus I.G.P. to the sweet Piquillo Peppers D.O.P. fire-roasted over embers, every product is handled with extreme care to preserve its flavour, aroma, and texture intact.

The Whole Extra Natural Piquillo Peppers from Lodosa (230g) by La Catedral de Navarra are a true gastronomic delight, grown in the Lodosa region of Navarra, protected by the Denomination of Origin (DOP). These peppers stand out for their bright red color, small size, and sweet, delicate flavor. Harvested between September and November, they are fire-roasted to enhance their taste and hand-peeled to ensure the highest quality while preserving their firm texture. They are preserved without added water, keeping their full organoleptic properties. The result is a tender, juicy pepper with an unmistakable flavor, perfect for fish, meat, salads, or as a gourmet appetizer.
