EXTREM PURO EXTREMADURA is an artisanal company located in the heart of the Dehesa de Extremadura, Spain. With over 40 years of experience in producing Iberian products, the company is renowned for the superior quality of its products, including jamón, paleta, lomo, salchichón, and chorizo. The pigs are raised freely on more than 9,000 hectares of dehesa, feeding on acorns and wild herbs during the montanera, from October to March. Each product undergoes a maturation process ranging from 36 to 48 months, imparting a unique and refined flavor to the cured meats. The Salchichón Cular Ibérico de Bellota by Extrem Extremadura is made from carefully selected cuts of 100% Ibérico pork raised free-range in the dehesa. After an artisanal process and a slow curing of 4–6 months in Extremadura’s natural cellars, it becomes a delicacy with a fine texture and balanced flavor. Its smooth, delicate character with subtle aromatic notes reflects the essence of traditional Iberian charcuterie, making it a must for gourmet lovers.
